Backorder Policy

We gladly accept backorders on select products that are currently sold out but expected to be restocked soon. If you’re interested in placing a backorder, please contact our customer service team to inquire about availability and initiate your order.


Important Notes About Backorders:

  • Backordered items may take up to two months to restock.
  • Once the item is restocked, standard shipping times will apply.
  • We are unable to expedite backordered items under any circumstances.
  • Payment plans are not available for backordered items. Full payment is required at the time of order.
  • You may cancel your backorder within 48 hours of placing it by contacting customer service.
    • If your request is submitted on a Friday, please note you will not receive a response until the following Monday, or working business day.
