Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of your initial delivery. Here’s how our exchange process works: 

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be new, unused, and returned to us before a new product can be sent. Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. If more than 10 days but less than 30 days have passed since delivery, we can offer an exchange for store credit only. 
  • Contact Us First: Please contact us before initiating a return. We’ll ask you to include pictures of the item you plan to exchange and will provide you with the appropriate return address after your request is approved. 
  • Monetary Differences: If the item you’re exchanging has a different value than the original item, we will issue an invoice for any additional amount due or a refund/credit if the new item is of lesser value. 
  • Conditions for Replacement: We will only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
