Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, please allow 2 business days for us to process it. After processing, your order will be shipped. 

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, it will take an estimated 4-9 business days for your order to be delivered. 

Important Note: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or redirect it.

Shipping Disputes 

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, and we're here to help. Here’s how we handle various shipping situations: 

  • Item Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If your item is marked as delivered but has not arrived at your delivery location, we recommend first contacting your mail carrier to report the item as missing. Please allow them time to investigate and resolve the issue. Once the carrier has provided a resolution, please contact us to discuss arranging a refund or store credit. 
  • Lost Items: If your item is lost in transit, please contact the mail carrier to open a report and request documented tracking. When you contact us for a refund or store credit, please provide the documentation confirming that the item was lost in transit as verified by the carrier. 
  • Untimely Delivery: If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of placing it, please reach out to us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with you to arrange a refund or store credit.
