Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, please allow 1 business day for processing. We do not ship on weekends, so orders placed on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.

Delivery Timeframe: After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

 

Important Notes:

  • Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or redirect it.
  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are not guaranteed. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us here, within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that intercept attempts will be successful once the order is in progress or has shipped.

 

Shipping Disputes

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating and are here to assist.

  • Marked as Delivered, Not Received: First, contact your mail carrier to report the issue. Once they’ve investigated, contact us with their findings to discuss a refund or store credit.
  • Lost in Transit: Open a report with the mail carrier and obtain documentation verifying the item is lost. Provide this when requesting a refund or store credit.
  • Delayed Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and tracking details to arrange a refund or store credit.
