Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know: 

  • Returns: Items must be unworn and in their original condition. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Store Credit: If more than 10 days but less than 30 days have passed since delivery, we offer store credit in the amount paid, excluding shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds after the 10-day period. Once 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or store credit. 
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged during delivery. 

Damaged Items 

We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged. To consider a refund, we’ll need proof of the damage, including photos of both the packaging and the product. Please allow us 3-5 business days to review the evidence and approve your refund. 

Refund Processing 

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed, though we aim to complete it within 5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please keep in mind that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
